Ordering Information

If there is not an area retailer, you may order directly from me. Please email info@chrisploof.com or you can also call 401.725.RING (7464). If I don't answer, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. Regular studio hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST, but feel free to call whenever you would ,like, as I'm happy to answer the phone if I am in the studio. Please see the important information below regarding my work and ordering:

Materials:
I use only the highest quality plumb golds and platinum in my work, and buy my precious metals from suppliers dedicated to the preservation of the environment. My Damascus rings feature stainless steel Damascus for the ultimate in durability and quality. All natural materials are handpicked for quality.

All diamonds are certified, and certificates for individual stones are available for examination by serious buyers. If you have a request for a particular stone, please let me know.

Each piece is made by hand and may show some slight variations in color, texture or pattern. For more information on materials used in my jewelry, see the materials and processes page.

Guarantee:
All jewelry purchased from Chris Ploof Studio guaranteed to be of finest quality and free of defects. If you believe your purchase to be defective, it may be returned for repair or replacement. Please contact us for return authorization. If after return it is determined to indeed be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned without charge to you.

Items exposed to abuse or adverse environments are not guaranteed. We also cannot anticipate any adverse allergic reactions to materials used in our jewelry, or slight variations in color, texture or pattern due to the handmade nature of each item.

It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct ring size. We would be happy to assist you with this. If we have delivered a ring to you in a size other than the one ordered, we will size or replace it at no charge.

Returns:
All returns must be authorized. Returned jewelry must be received by us within 10 days of the date of invoice. Jewelry must be unworn and in new condition. Because all items are made to order, there will be a 25% return fee. Jewelry with stones is not returnable.

Custom Designs:
Custom design ideas are welcome. Variations can be made on any of the designs shown, or I will happily put our experience to work designing a custom item especially for you. Please contact me with your specifics. Favorite stone? Let us know what it is, and we will search our inventory, or locate a stone for you that can be included in a custom design.

Price Quotes:
For a quote, please call or email. Prices vary depending on materials used and fluctuations in the precious metals market. Prices are valid for 30 days or until market fluctuation dictates a change.

Payment:
Payment in full is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or checks. Orders paid via check will be delayed until check clears. To pay via credit card, please call 401.725.RING (7464).

Delivery Time and Rush Orders:
I pride myself on helping my customers meet their needs. Typically, turnaround time from receipt of payment to shipment of finished work is 4 weeks. During busy seasons (Spring wedding, Fall Wedding and Holidays), extra time may be necessary to make your jewelry. Custom orders and pieces requiring special materials may take longer. Rush ordering (shipment in under two weeks) may be available. Please inquire if you require rush shipping and I will quote you for this service.
